The first portrait is something very personal to me as a teen I was constantly bullied about being a fat and a nerd. Listening to those words everyday at school and seeing no escape from it really made an impact on me . The rubber stamp marks are used to give an essence of how being branded or labelled feels . The muscular bicep symbolises the strong individual I have become by fighting and learning to be comfortable in my one skin.
